In the morning the sun rose with a golden hue, casting a warm glow through the windows of the cozy family home. As the family members woke up, there was an air of excitement lingering in the air. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the kitchen, and the sound of laughter echoed through the halls.

The Parents and children gathered in the living room, wrapped in blankets, as they turned on the television to watch the Republic Day celebrations. The parade showcased the diversity and unity of the nation, filling the room with a sense of pride. The children, wide-eyed and curious, asked questions about the different states, cultures, and traditions being showcased.

Here is a Vegan Cauliflower recipe that you can try:

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 2 medium-sized onions, chopped
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes, chopped
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-inch ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon amchur (dried mango powder)
  • 1 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions become translucent.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, and cook for 2-3 minutes until they become soft and mushy.
  5. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and red chili powder. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  6. Put cauliflower florets in water, boil for 1 minute and then take out from the water and shallow fry. After that mix the spices well and cook on medium flame for 5-7 minutes. stir occasionally.
  7. Add amchur (dried mango powder) and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Turn off the heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
